People actually do care what Tom thinks on many issues.  Unlike your supporters, Tom 
has many supporters who will speak out in support of him on their own.  I wonder if the
reason you don't want Tom to speak out against you is because you don't like public
ridicule?  In case you did not know, when you take on something controversial, you 
expose yourself to public ridicule, much like the treatment that Keely has received
because of her involvement with the levy.  So if you don't want to hear any more 
comments, good, bad, or otherwise, then you may want to reconsider posting about 
topics that have the potential to cause controversy.
