It also pains me again to ask for the 2 pieces of paper:

 > 1) "I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A COST BREAKDOWN FROM THE ARCHITECT OF THE 
20,500,000.00 "REMODEL" OF THE EXISTING HIGH SCHOOL."

 > 2) "I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE "DIRECTIVE" FROM THE SCHOOL BOARD TO THE 
ARCHITECT "DIRECTING" HOW THE BID IS TO BE DONE."

Is this email a way of "officially" asking for these two pieces of paper or 
do I need to go to the school board and request it "officially."
