Oui, Frere Carl.  And we also have two guests scheduled, Saundra Lund and Rosemary Huskey of Lund/Huskey Property Tax Investigations, Inc.  They will -- as any guests on our show have the privilege/obligation of doing -- be providing their own soundtrack, AKA selecting what music we play.  I hope one of them brings along the Peter Gunn theme!
