Well Keely,

I am trying my best to be as nice and direct to you as possible. That is why
I stated in my "PRIVATE-OFF LIST-NOT TO BOTHER ANYBODY ELSE" email the
DIRECT question. I even said I am not making myself clear. In other words, I
was sorry that I created another email because you did not understand my
first one.

I do not want a pissing match. We do not have time to "play" before this
election.

Now that you have made my question to you "PUBLIC" we would ALL like to see
the $29,000,000.00 BID from the architect on the "re-model" of the current
high school and the "directive" to the architect on how he is to bid it. The
public is listening.

I have formerly requested this information from the school district IN
PERSON yesterday when I went to vote. Unfortunately, they do not know
anything about a $29,000,000.00 bid or a 20,500,000.00 Bid. Only a $400,000
00 Bid. They have to, by law, give me this information no later than 72
hours. So I expect this answer no later than Monday. If I do not get the
answer from the school district by Monday, I will ask the district attorney
to get it for me.

Thank You,
Phil Roderick

Phil,

I regret that your tone has once again taken such a nasty turn. Perhaps,
though, I am not answering you properly. The body of your paragraph to me
indicates that you are not clear in your question or in the answers you
expect. I am very familiar with the document that breaks down the current
HS remodel costs and am, in fact, sending a copy to another constituent
today -- and not because he asked nicely, but because he asked clearly and
rationally. Snotty I can do. But I can't read your mind and I can't be
responsible for answering a question that isn't based on anything close to
an understanding of the issue.

So I'll make a copy for you and you can tell me where to mail it. Deal,
Phil?

You know what. Maybe I am not asking you properly. Let me ask you directly.
I am looking for the cost breakdown from the architect to the school board,
of the "remodel" of the current high school of $20.5 mil. I went to the
school district today and they said they were not aware of any cost
breakdown other than the $400,000.00 remodel "if" the high school is moved
somewhere else. Yes, I do have the handout from the Saturday open house.
Thank you.

It was on the handouts at the HS on Saturday, and you can ask for copies at
the district office.

Keely,

In a previous email you said the following:

"..............our bond includes a provision, within the cost of new
construction/remodels, for furnishing, fixtures and equipment (FFEs), as
they are considered part of the cost of building/remodeling. The cost data
has been available for some time and I hope you get a chance to look at it."

Can you please direct me to where I could find the cost data for the remodel
of the High School? I am having a dickens of a time trying to find it.

Thank You,
Phil
