[Vision2020] Bond Levy Pass Rate

Does anyone know the percentage approval level required for the Moscow 
School District Bond Levy?

In my search through Title 33, Chapter 8 - it appears to me that the bond 
must receive a 2/3rd majority to validate.  Can anyone confirm that?
