1.  The fence "issure" was addressed by Dr. Donicht when she said that it
would be a "summer" project, with summer monies being used to pay for it.
 
So what is summer monies?
 
2.  The Junior High and every other school in town has one; why would this
school having one such an issue?
 
 Oh No. Not an issue at all. Just wondering why it is not on the Contractors
bid? Well, it looks like because "summer monies" will pay for the fence?
