[Vision2020] Vote no on the school levy

I was referring to their ability to succeed in said environment, not
so much their ability to gain admission.  Getting into college is only
one small step in the battle for a successful higher education.  It
would seem to me that we would want all children to be able to succeed
at that level as well - I may be wrong in that assumption, however.

Coan's letter in tonight's Daily News.
