[Vision2020] The Rascal Fair

Not that anyone is interested but here in Montana the blogging community 
is really starting to hit its stride.  This weeks collection of Montana 
bloggers, AKA The Rascal Fair, was moderated by a guy blogging by the 
name of Goatopolis (OK, you can start with the Montana jokes here.)
