[Vision2020] Possible shill game????

Were the architects instructed to give a bid for the present high school
facility that would be equivalent to a completely new, state of the art
structure, which then mandated totally gutting the building and not re-using
anything that was still usable?  Not even a brick. Is this where their 30
million figure came from?  
Yes - I will be asking on Saturday. Just wanted to hear it from you.

It is interesting to note that now they are looking at reuse of the current
structure with the renovation figure of only 1/2 million.  Is the deck being
stacked here? To push public opinion to believe that a new high school was
the only practical choice? Especially with the student population steadily
declining?

PS  I would like to donate a wagon, and two burros to pull it so you can eliminate the busses. BUT in order for you to get the two burros and wagon you have to buy a spare burro for $25,000.00. Then I can write off my "gift" of a wagon and two burros for $75,000.00.
