Keeley - you are right. According to the county assessors office the Trail
property does not have any wetlands. Now you are mis-informing the public
when you say it is not in a flood plain. According to the county assessors
office there are indeed many acres in "the 100 year flood plain." They also
informed me that to get out of the flood plain area you would need to build
at 2,620 feet. For which out of the 40 acres is half of the land is above
2620 which makes it safe to build. So what good is the other half? Fly
fishing?
