[Vision2020] Moscow Community Blood Drive

I also will agree with Debbie and Carl on this one. If I have to have a
blood transfusion it better damn well be free from any diseases or I am
going to want to do some serious bodily damage to whoever is responsible.
That's why it is called "Health Care", when we are done we are more healthy
and not picking up some sort of disease from our health care. If I had to
play Russian roulette over a pint of blood I may just say "Screw it, Forget
it, I'll take my chances rather that get AIDS."
