[Vision2020] A slogan for Moscow?

Don't you think, Brother Carl, that this suggests we need a new slogan for Moscow?  How about one of the following:

Moscow: We're not just whistling Dixie.
Moscow: Vandals, sandals, and scandals.
Moscow: Gateway to Gettysburg.
Moscow: Doug who?  No, honey, he lives in Moscow, Russia.  Here, let me get you a map.
