[Vision2020] Dog Park Saga

There was a Letter to the Editor in the weekend DN where someone was saying
that the city council had supposedly made motions to forbid the development
to have access on Joseph Street. If you look you will see that they have
already started excavating an exit out on Joseph and have another marked out
on Joseph. The traffic now on Joseph sometimes backs up 6 or 7 cars trying
to get out on Mountain View at rush hour. There is more development coming
on Panorama Drive and the Baptists are building a new church which will add
a lot of traffic for church services. Joseph can't handle more traffic from
the new development on the south side.
