The questions about Kerrys Vietnam career were out there when he testified. What I cannot figure out is why it ever came up. No, I do not believe they were financed primarily by republicans. I wouldn't quote anything in Michael Morons movie. It has all been proven a lie.

The total financial resources of Bush supporters, and the Republican party also, must be considered when evaluating the money equation in this political campaign. The Swift Boat Veterans ads were not paid for by the Republican Party directly, but were privately financed, but who doubts the were ads aimed to sink Kerry and get Bush elected?

The Democrats had significant financial resources in this last election, but though I do not have hard figures to offer right now, I think it a safe bet that Bush had more money in his campaign than Kerry when all is figured in.

Remember Bush's own words in a speech, the actual video/audio of which was shown in Moore's F. 9/11, where he stated to a group of wealthy people, about them being the "haves and the have mores" and then that they were "my base."

If Bush's own words about his views of the wealthy and their importance to his political life (campaign donations, Swift Boat ads, etc.) won't sway you to see him as loyal to doing the bidding of the wealthy, then what chance would I have to change your mind?
