[Vision2020] Idaho to join the WAC?

I'm reluctant to interrupt venomous rants that characterize V2020, but this
news item might be of interest to normal people in this community.

The WAC commissioner visited Moscow yesterday at the invitation of the U of
I.  U of North Texas does not appear interested in the WAC.  With 4 schools
departing for other conferences, the WAC needs some replacements.  UI looks
like a likely candidate and has committed to creating facilities and
infrastructure necessary for the WAC.
