All,

Yesterday, I made the post below attributing a prediction to Tom Hansen.
Actually, it was Dick Schmidt who made the prediction.

Apologies to both Dick and Tom.

This is what Dick Schmidt posted on May 8, 2004.

"You can bet now that digital cameras and all other photography equipment
will be forbidden in Iraq. THAT is how the military operates when they
are embarrassed. Thank goodness photographs were taken to prove what
happened. Many times commissioned officers have to be hit between the
eyes to get their attention.

Dick Schmidt"

Some time ago <not Tom Hansen, but really Dick Schmidt> predicted that one way
the military would deal with the prison abuse and torture scandal was took
banned digital cameras in the military.

He was correct!

Meanwhile, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld banned "digital cameras,
camcorders and
cellphones with cameras" from all military installations in Iraq [7].
