Fans of tradition:

Here it is May 21 and clearly about time for the traditional sticking it 
in the ear of Moscow citizens in connection with--

It is about time to discover that it is too late in the season to put in 
replacement trees in the strip in front of the Palouse Mall. Or maybe it 
will have to be delayed because the owner of the property, the 
university, is thinking of selling it?

Anxious citizens want to know.

I would really, really like to be wrong about this.
