[Vision2020] IQ or EQ

Not that this applies to Pat or Melynda, but there is an equation that
explains much about IQ.

IQ = 1/HV

Where IQ = Intelligence Quotient.
H = Hot Air at standard temperature and pressure
V = Velocity.

It is easy to see that the faster the hot air, the lower the IQ. This
explains much about politicians these days.
