[Vision2020] victory over spammers

The wizards at First Step have fixed my problem.  Repeatedly, V2020 has 
suffered from spam postings from my (london@moscow.com) account.  I 
assumed the problem was a virus on my machine (despite the security 
software in place).

But no, the wizards at First Step discovered that spammers had found a 
little-used V2020 account that was assigned to the Latah County 
Commission for posting meeting info.  This subscription was different 
from others, in that it was set up for posting only -- no V2020 messages 
were received by it -- and my account info was given as the alias for that.

So, now that account is set up for use ONLY by Latah County Commission 
offices.  That should solve the problem.
All is well in Duckburg.
