May is Idaho Archaeology and Historic Preservation Month
"Discovering Idaho: Lewis and Clark" is the theme of the 16th Annual
Idaho Archaeology and Historic Preservation Month, which is being
celebrated during May.
To mark the occasion the Idaho State Historical Society is sponsoring
events throughout the state, including Moscow. Robbin Johnston,
Archaeologist for the Clearwater National Forest, will give a
presentation on "Prehistoric Landscapes and Community Development" on
Monday, May 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Moscow Public Library.
The program is free and open to the public. For more information
