[Vision2020] The "New" Iraqi Regime

This may sound awkward, but then I have always had a suspicious mind when it
comes to Bubba Dubya.
Could it be that Bush and his henchmen are setting up the new Iraqi regime
to fail, such that it would (in Bush's shallow mind) almost require US
intervention later?
