[Vision2020] The "New" Iraqi Regime

What I've heard, mostly from my main news source -- Thee News on The
Radiomen Morning Broadcast -- is that one of Saddam's former generals is
being put in charge of the Iraqi forces trying to quash the insurgents
at Fallujah.

At least that's what I think I heard.

be appointed as part of the new Iraqi government (on June 30, 2004) was
an 
Iraqi general during both Iraqi wars.
