Did he agree to give the money back as part of the plea? Would they have been
able to prosecute him if he didn't plead guilty? What are the facts surrounding
the case?
This doesn't sound like the Latah County Prosecuting office that I know. So
maybe something else is there that we don't know.
Just curious.
I am more concerned about people in jail for MJ use and falsely imprisoned.
