[Vision2020] brief update from Rep Trail

Dear Constituents:

I have two brief news items:

 1.  Charter School Legislation  --  The Governor's bill passed out of
the Senate Education Committee this afternoon.  Sen. Schroeder will
carry the bill on the floor.  I will support the legislation.

2.  SB1383  --  Smoking Ban  --  this bill should come up on the floor
of the House tomorrow for a vote.   I've received 47 messages in support
and only 1 opposed.

This morning I filed to run another term as Represenative from the
6th District.
