head in the sand and hope for status-quo forever. Unfortunately much of
this stuff is hard to disprove - yes some of it can be.

At the risk of being labeled a "Liberal Elitist" why in the heck don't
we raise the gas tax by at minimum 50 cents per gallon and lower another
tax (property tax?) by an offsetting amount?
