“Which is worse, illegal drug use or a game of blackjack?”

No, Doug, the question should be “Which is worse? Illegal drug use, 
trafficking hallucinogens, corrupting minors, and opening an illegal casino 
wherein felonies are committed? Or, illegal drug use, trafficking 
hallucinogens, corrupting minors, opening an illegal casino wherein felonies 
are committed, and covering it all up with hush money from the tithe?
