Sorry, that wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped.  The list should now be back
working again.
The archives are in a new location.  Access  them by going to 
http://vision2020.moscow.com and following the links.  The pages for
changing your
personal configuration have changed.  They are now located here:

Subscribers will continue to receive monthly reminders regarding
settings and passwords.
Your user settings and passwords were not effected.
