> Sami Al-Hussayen has been acquitted on all charges.

The jury just returned a unanimous verdict declaring him

innocent of the three terrorism charges against him,

plus three of the immigration charges. They couldn't

reach a verdict on the remaining immigration charges,

and a mistrial was declared.

It is unclear whether or not prosecutors will seek to press

the remaining immigration charges.
