The powers that be conducted what they thought was a thorough and complete 
investigation of the possibility of conflict of interest concerning 
Commissioner Kimmel and the granting of tax exempt status to New Saint Andrews 
College.

Christ Church campaigned on behalf of Paul Kimmel in attempt to ensure his 
election to the Board of County Commissioners (as evidenced by several e-mails 
originating from Christ Church).  Paul Kimmel sits on the Grand Poobah Board of 
New Saint Andrews.  Yet, the powers that be could not foresee any problems with 
Kimmel sitting on the Board of Equalization concerning Christ Church and New 
Saint Andrews College???????????

Who are these people that cannot see the forest through the trees?  Let's send 
these people to a job that they would be better suited for; the Florida Board 
of Elections.
