Not On The Palouse, Not Ever

PS - A special thanks to Ms. Nisse, Editor for the Latah Eagle.  She placed
this item on the front page of our local paper.  One of the most important
issues discussed around town is ever-increasing property taxes.  My
suggestion would not be to increase this tax any more than it already has,
but to broaden the current tax base.  Let's give a thorough review of those
entities currently languishing within the confines of their tax-exempt
abodes.
