[Vision2020] People's Branch/Department

This would require, not only one amendment, but probably a series of
amendments to the US Constitution.  I seriously doubt that a "People's
Branch" is in the making.  What would be its responsibilities?  Where would
these responsibilities be drived from (the legislative, judicial, or
executive branches)?

Nah.  I don't see it.

  Has anyone else heard the prediction that by 2024 we will have a fourth
branch of government called the "People's Branch". People are getting fed up
with all decisions made by government with money as the prime reason. Most
all politicians are driven only by money and are indebted to those with
money who fund their campaigns. There is no virtue left in those who govern
us and you can count people who could possibly be called statesmen on one
hand.

  My brother attended a motivational business seminar last week in
Pennsylvania and a speaker presented this concept.
