I agree with you 100%. When two people exchange a LONG dialogue, debate =
or whatever, the polite thing to do, would be to take it offline.

In fact this so called "policy" was not really a policy at all, just a =
suggestion to manage the list more reasonably. It was also argued that =
for any debate to have a good give and take and not be drawn out over =
days or weeks, that numerous posts by two people all in one day would be =
