[Vision2020] Moscow, Idaho (circa 1930's, I think)

Greetings Visionaires and Vandals -

I have recently acquired a photograph of Moscow (looking south on Main
Street).  As best as I can place this photo, I believe it was taken during
the 1930's.  Can anybody narrow down the timeframe?  Thanks for your help.
