Pat,
On this I disagree with you. I think it is perfectly possible to have both
safe roads and still be considerate of the environment. Further, the majority of
road death accidents are a result of bad weather, inexperienced drivers, and
drunk driving. I think if you want to lean into anyone or anything about
people dying, it ought to be the Idaho State Legislature that is very lax on drunk
drivers, doesn't de-ice and plow the roads, or offer timely and effective
means of communicating the road conditions to commuters.
