Mr. Lohrman,
Would you say the main purpose of the MPD is to kill criminals? Of =
course the local bike cop has to be able to apply lethal force but it's =
certainly not his main purpose. In my opinion its disrespectful to those =
who serve and have served to make a casual oversimplification like Mr. =
Carscallen's, about something so grave.
