[Vision2020] Supreme court ruling

On the separation of church and state front:  The Supreme Court ruled today 
that the states can withhold public scholarship money from students pursuing 
religious studies.  The justices decided, 7 to 2, that our neighboring state 
Washington had the right to deny scholarship aid to a college student who 
was studying to be a minister.  The dissenters were (and here's a surprise, 
not) Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas.
