Subject: Presidential Search Announcement - Wednesday, February 18

The Idaho Board of Education will announce the hiring of the 16th
president in University of Idaho history at 10 a.m. (PST), Wednesday, Feb.
18, in the Clearwater Room of the Idaho Commons on the Moscow campus.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to attend the news conference. A
university-wide reception just outside the Clearwater Room will follow the
news conference and run until 11:30 a.m. The new president will spend the
remainder of the afternoon meeting with a variety of student, faculty,
staff and administrative groups.

A community reception for the new president will begin at 4:30 p.m. at the
1912 Building in downtown Moscow. That event is free and open to the
public.
