Could any computer guru's help on this problem? I frequently use Microsoft
Word to compose my emails, rather than tie up our phone line or hog Internet
access in a home full of people with plenty to say, google, etc. AOL is my
online company. When I cut and paste from a Word document into an email document
instead of actually transferring quotation marks for example, I get junky
ampersands etc. I don't ever see this "symbolic" transfer myself, but Joan and
others tell me it makes for a lousy read.
I can't use the email composer in Word because, I am told, Word doesn't have
that option with AOL....which I guess makes sense because Word would prefer
that I use MSN.
Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you solve it?
Thanks
Rose
