Just because the people listed on the website are a majority of Hispanics
doesn't allow us to make any jumps in logic about anything. Perhaps one
could come to the conclusion that many of the wanted people could be
illegal immigrants and thus answer your question of why they are all the
'most wanted'. They have no addresses, there is no way to find them...
but who knows? Pretty unscientific leaps, even for a social science crime
statistic.
Also, according to their recent press release, the website "highlights
those persons still being sought for vehicular homicide, hit and run, or
vehicular assault." In other words, traffic related crimes (and that is
what WSP deals with). The website doesn't list all of the other felony
warrants in the state of Washington.
I am just not quite sure where you guys are going with this.
