Here is a link to related information about voting irregularities in election 2004, which quotes a Common Cause source, "irregularities" of which some should be prosecuted as felony violations of the Voting Rights Act.  People involved in these violations of the right to Vote need to be held legally responsible, or the voting systems in the US will continue to be a joke.
