[Vision2020] peace coalition events

The next meeting of the Palouse Peace Coalition will be Sunday, August 29 at
7:00
at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 618 East 1st St., Moscow.  During this
meeting,Veronica Lassen
will present a short (30 minute) introduction to Non-Violent/Compassionate
Communication.
As her brochure explains,  "NV/CC empowers people to resolve conflicts
and live more fully by providing a framework and set of skills which foster
deep understanding,
empathy, and respect."

Moscow peace vigil , weekly, Fridays 5:30 to 6:30 at Friendship Square .
We've had
an uninterrupted presence since November 2001.  Join us!

Pullman peace vigil the first Friday of the month :
First Friday Silent Prayer Vigil for Peace
12:15 - 12-45, under the Clock by the Library
Corner of Grand and Davis Way

And we'll be tabling at the Farmer's Market, every Saturday through the
summer
and fall.
