[Vision2020] Vandal ouch

The new Sports Illustrated has the top to bottom ranking of the 117 Divison 
1 football teams.  In the table of contents, in the section "The 
Rest..26-117", after the top 25, it says "why Idaho is only the second worst 
team in the country."  The Vandals are ranked 116th, ahead of only Buffalo.  
I have a feeling Nick Holt is going to prove them wrong.
