Judging from the agenda posted on V2020 today for the Moscow Council 
meeting on Monday (see below), it looks like the Beach will be beerless 
and thus closing....What will happen to that building?.BL

F.         Revocation of Alcohol License - Gary J. Riedner

The State of Idaho and Latah County have revoked their Beer and Wine 
Licenses for Jesse Johnson dba The Edge (The Beach).  Since State and 
County licenses are required as conditions for a City Beer and Wine 
License, the City Clerk and City Attorney recommend revocation of the 
City license.  Reviewed by the Administrative Committee on August 9, 2004.

 

ACTION:  Revoke the Beer and Wine License for Jesse Johnson dba The Edge 
(The Beach).
