[Vision2020] One school's thoughts..

If SJSU is considered as being apathetic and apathy is measured by 
attendance, realize that SJSU’s average attendance of 15080 met NCAA 
standards and exceeded UI’s attendance (which did not meet the standard).  

That, after the UI tried to give away thousands and thousands of free 
tickets.  Even free there were few takers.  Way to stir the pot, Carl!
