Sunil -

No, Sunil.  The court room is a field of combat and it should be.  Let the
best case win.  My argument lies in the "sweeping of the streets" after this
rumble.  The combatants of this battle, that are directly involved, count
thier wins and losses as they pack their satchels and leave.  Those
individuals that are indirectly effected by court decisions (the sons and
daughters of divorce, the orphans, etc.) become cannon fodder in the court
system "machinery" until ten  . . . twenty . . . thirty years later when the
court system must "deal" with them again.

before 'the attorney of record.'
