[Vision2020] Customer Service in Moscow

  Unlike Jan Proctor, I have not noted long lines and slow checkout at 
Winco. Additionally, I have been impressed with the courtesy and 
competence of the checkers there. I'm sure there are times when lines 
get long, but in my experience you can check out a big basket of 
groceries at Winco in less time than you can do bread, milk and beer at 
the other three Moscow grocery stores.

And my groceries are always bagged with great care at Winco!
