<P>I agree with John. While I enjoy the Farmers Market, it is the elimination of free parking that concerns me most. Paid parking will hurt the economy. Further, it is a regressive type of taxation. I strongly oppose regressive taxation. This issue should be addressed and not ignored.</P>
