[Vision2020] Moderator - Moderation

I know how we can solve our moderation problem, let's put Doug Stambler in 
charge of moderating this list.  We can then start a new list called Vision 
2121 or something like that.  In order to get on the V2121 list you have to 
pass a religious/political/military service test that is given by Mr 
Westberg, Mr Hanson and Mr Arnold. Also, you can not use a Yahoo account or 
send emails from WSU. :)
