<P>Jim,</P>
<P>Sorry to disappoint you, but Bush will not be re-elected in 2004. The popular vote doesn't elect the President. If it did, Gore would be President now.</P></DIV>
<P>Hillary is not going to be on the top of the ticket. Nor would Clark want to be VP. Not his style or interest. Clark has never settled for #2, not in High School, not at West Point, and not in the military. Clark is 58, he will be 60 in 2005, he would 68 if he took office for President if he excepted VP in 2009 and served to 2017. That would make him 76 when he left office as President. Not gonna happen. If Clark was 50 now I might buy that. </P>
<DIV></DIV>
<P>There could be a Clark/Hillary ticket in 04'. I don't know. But Clintons are throwing their full weight behind Clark. I would doubt that they would do that unless there was something perhaps in it for them. Clark/Hillary would get 47% of the vote and 266 electoral votes off the bat. A big push for Florida would get 49%-52% of the national popular vote and 293 electoral votes. That is a victory. </P>
<DIV></DIV>
<P>Bill and Clark were introduced in 1965. But Bill and Clark attended Oxford two years apart not together. I use to wonder that too.</P>

<DIV></DIV>> This is Clark's "coming out" party. Nobody is going to beat Dubya this

<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>>wrong). Nope, this "run for president" is just to introduce him to America
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>>as a political figure. Time will tell!
