[Vision2020] the navigability of bikes?

Ben,
Don't forget that bicycles are really lousy to operate in reverse, unlike
automobiles, which come standard with rear-view mirrors. AND besides, bikes
don't even have back up lights.
Oh, I looked up one other thing. Bikes can be navigated relatively easily.
All it takes is a couple of oars.
But that's the hitch, you understand: Just imagine 20,000 people on bicycles
zipping around downtown Moscow in reverse with all those oars banging
against each other.
